IPTV a new era of TV viewing
Hi, now a days we can hear a new term IPTV. Now what is this IPTV, the full form of this is Internet Protocol Television.
This services provided through phone line using broadband connection. Already big telephone operator in India started to provide this services. The main boon of this techonology is that no longer tv viwer have to disappointed for missing their favorite program on TV. IPTV provide them the show as per viwers convenience. IPTV based on a technology where TV content is transmitted through internet protocol offering the customer an interactive system. The user of IPTV only requirres only TV or PC. This services provided include VOD, web access,VoIP. Unlike other internet video services or traditional TV, IPTV is 2 way communication between service provider and subscriber. First it received the contant from it producer and store it in the database and then from where user can access through VOD system. As per a syrvey IPTV subscriber can generate $10 bn by the end of this decade. Among the all MTNL a state run company first lunch IPTV in India and Bharti Airtel and some other guys are follow them. May be in futures IPTV emerge as largest DTH services provider.
